Contactless EV charging payment...our latest EV network sites

Designed for purpose... our latest EV charging projects

Our consulting team have designed and installed EV charging solutions for three major and strategic sites in the past month, across new Melbourne developments.

East Brunswick Village - tri-level EV charging

Located in the heart of funky Brunswick, the EBV site dates back to 1840s Melbourne and has variously been a quarry, nail factory and artist hub. The EBV development incorporates six elements of sustainable building design and is a mixed retail and residential heritage building.

Our team worked with the developer to design 6 x 22kW EV charging across three levels for both apartment-based EV owners and EV drivers visiting the supermarket and speciality shops. Fully load managed, these sites are designed to be scaleable so additional chargers can be installed without the need for expensive retrofitted wiring.

We also organised visibility of EV charger usage via a client EV charging software portal for three sets of body corporate owners.

Market Lane, South Melbourne - smart EV charging

Green spaces, smart lighting, renewable power and a 5 star NABERS rating are just some of the reasons to set up your next office at Market Lane in bustling South Melbourne.

The EVUp product development team designed a bespoke EV charging solution for this location, featuring 5 x dual port AURAs that are dynamically load managed, monitored and fully integrated with our network for easy identification by EV drivers on PlugShare.

Charging is billed site-wide using our in-house developed contactless payment solution, giving drivers an easy pay-as-you-go charging experience.

The Mark, Elsternwick - aesthetic EV charging

Thoughtful and light-filled, The Mark is the pinnacle of apartment living in beautiful Elsternwick.

Working closely with the developer, local contractors and owners corporations of this mixed apartment and retail building, the EVUp team designed a solution that is both functional and beautiful.

We installed 10 x 22kW chargers over two floors to cater for both apartment owners and visitors. The fully load managed, monitored and monetised solution creates a scalable foundation from which additional EV charging can be rolled out as demand increases.

Commercial development EV charging

As EV uptake continues to accelerate, creating scalable electric car charging options for tenants and residents of new developments should be integrated into design.

The EVUp design and install team can help you create an EV ready building, or install reliable charging across many levels. Discuss your project plans with us in preparation for the e-mobility transition.
